We transformed a 6,460 sq ft, five-storey residence with a complete luxury refurbishment. Our works included a new basement with waterproof tanking, private lift, and a full wellness level featuring a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym. We also delivered a cinema room, treatment room, and a bespoke high-end kitchen, finished with marble works, custom metal staircases, premium flooring and luxury bathrooms throughout.
This project involved a full home refurbishment with structural changes, new flooring, and a garage conversion retaining a bespoke external façade. We added a gym extension, upgraded the conservatory, refurbished bathrooms, and installed dormers and balcony extensions. The property received full underfloor heating, air-conditioning, ventilation, Lutron smart lighting, Venetian plaster walls, and high-quality decorative finishes.
We delivered a modern extension and loft upgrade with new steel beams, front and rear dormers, and complete plumbing and electrical installation. The works included a new staircase, bathroom, UPVC windows, roofing upgrades, and full plastering and decoration. The project also featured a 30 sqm patio and internal finishing that created a bright, contemporary living space.
This property underwent a full upgrade including a complete loft conversion and double-storey side and single-storey rear extensions. Key works included GRP dormers, RSJ supports, Velux windows, new insulation, a bespoke staircase, and full plumbing, electrics and bathroom installation. External rendering, roof tiling, and premium finishing completed the transformation.
We refurbished 51 guest rooms and all corridors, carrying out major upgrades including new layouts, new ceilings, new decorations, and full air-conditioning throughout. The hotel received a new hot-water plant room, updated electrical and fire alarm systems, and new T&G wall panels, curtain pelmets, and bespoke furniture — completed within the required eight-month programme.
