Brit Home Design & Build collaborates with a network of qualified and certified structural engineers who provide all necessary calculations and structural drawings for your project. While we do not carry out structural engineering in-house, we appoint the appropriate engineer, manage their workflow and ensure fast turnaround times. Our team oversees all coordination between the structural engineer, architect and our construction/MEP teams, ensuring that every detail is designed safely and accurately. We also handle submissions to building control and liaise with inspectors to obtain approvals efficiently, keeping your project compliant and moving forward without delays.
